Great! Still not clear why one part of the website says 68.4% and another part says 34%.
MCPS doesn't always update their websites and information. I would trust the scores outside MCPS. MCPS isn't know for transparency.

PERCENT PROFICIENT
SCHOOL:
68.4%
DISTRICT:
65.5%
STATE:
59.5%
It probably would have been higher if students did not leave for other schools. They are above the district average. Take out esol and special needs.

With the linked document here:
https://reportcard.msde.maryland.gov/HelpGuides/MSDEReportCard_UserGuide_2024_v1.pdf
and details on the Academic Achievement section on page 18 of the document (page 19 of the file)
Just based on a quick skim a difference is that it looks like the Report Card tab uses all students enrolled at the school, compared to the MCAP tab which is just test takers.
And I'm thinking that maybe EL students that did not take the test and other test takers might be counted as part of the denominator.
Haven't read the details more closely yet.

When I look it says Einstein has a 68.4 proficiency rate for the English 10 2024-2025 MCAP.
Not sure if this direct link will work:
https://reportcard.msde.maryland.gov/Graphs/#/Assessments/ElaPerformance/10ELA/10/6/3/1/15/0789/2025
But maybe try clearing out your cookies in case any filters got saved there.
No, no filter. I am just looking at the second to last table on the "Report Card" tab which lists an ELA proficiency rate of 34% for "All Students" .
https://reportcard.msde.maryland.gov/Graphs/#/ReportCards/ReportCardSchool/1/H/1/15/0789/0
Weird that this 34% number in the report card doesn't match up with the data in the MCAP tab for ELA proficiency.
