I wanted to hate this show, but it's got some really funny moments. Good dialogue, but I agree about the vocal fry.

In the most recent episode, the vocal fry lunch conversation between Leighton Meister and Rachel Sennott was like nails on a chalkboard. But I think they are hamming it up because they are supposed to be caricatures of very specific and superficial set of LA-NYC bicoastal strivers.


It's hilarious and they are really leaning into these stereotypes!

Yes, it's a comedy. It's just weird comedy. you kind of need to know Tim Robinson. Did you see Friendship with Paul Rudd? I actually loved that movie.
