1600.io orange book for math. The 1600.io website has walkthroughs of past tests both math and English. They have a free Desmos guide. You can also find Desmos playlists on YouTube by Tutorlini and JW tutoring. I prefer the latter because he groups things by advanced-ness so it's easy for a student familiar with Desmos to skip the basic "here's how to make a slider" stuff and focus on advanced techniques like regression
Erica Meltzer has a book for each English section.
SAT black book 3rd edition is a strategy guide. Not sure about this one but the 2nd edition was very good for the pre-digital SAT.
The college board has an official question bank. There are various websites which mirror the content with a better UI. Worth looking for something that is enjoyable to go through as this is where a student should be spending their time.
https://7sage.com/blog/the-blind-review-how-to-correctly-prep-for-lsat-part-1 this strategy series is for the LSAT but works very well for the SAT as well - it's all about maximizing the amount you learn from each question. They have YouTube videos on this as well although the playlists I found were out of order.
