There are soo much details that they've been squirrely about so far that I'd be shocked they'd actually be able to fill in in 15 days. Like the number of seats per program, selection criteria, curriculum, etc. Is the BoE really going to approve this without getting any of those details?

I think they said it would be finalized in November and voted in in March. So there will time between those to advocate against it, though given the rubber-stamp nature of the BOE, I am doubtful it will make a difference.

My understanding is that MCPS is aiming to make their final proposal on November 20th. Actual Board vote comes later, in January I think. So the time is now to advocate with MCPS about changes in the specifics, yes, but there will still be time after that to try to convince the Board to hit the brakes on it
Yes, Nov 20th is when the board is to vote on the CIP, not the regional proposal.

Kinda sucky for Regions 4, 2, and 6, who get their engagement sessions with less than a week's notice.
MCPS definitely not listening to anything on that kind of timetable.
