I was making the smitten kitchen crispy chicken pea and turkey meatball recipe (highly recommend) when a bit of raw turkey… juice? flipped up from my spoon where I was mixing the meatball mixture and landed on my lip. The inside. I must have been mouth breathing. I am dying. Have you ever gotten sick from raw poultry? I treat it like a freaking biohazard usually, so this was fairly upsetting.

Tell me, am I going to throw up later?
