Look to do WAGS next year Columbus weekend, that’s generally going to have the strongest field in the fall up to u12 or so for an easy travel for yall and some teams outside your normal group. Jefferson Cup in March will also be strong at that age and attracts some solid local and east coast teams.

Quick look at rankings for whatever garbage they’re worth says you would definitely be competitive.

The Nation's Capital Cup is a well-run event. This year, the two Arlington 2016 Pre-A teams are traveling to a tournament in NC instead (and I think a few of the other teams are playing in the Bethesda event that same weekend). The McLean and SYC teams will no doubt rep the DMV area well, though. Good luck!

haha...the bumblebee uniforms are no more. This is my daughter’s first year on the team so I never experienced them...but all of my parents friends still talk about how cool those jerseys were. We cycle our kits every two years and our current uniforms are much more traditional.


Well, good luck to all your teams except the 2014 girls in my DD’s bracket…
