I like my Apple Watch, but that’s mostly because I don’t want to carry my phone everywhere and it has the GPS+ phone capability. I don’t wear it when I’m at my desk, because apparently typing = steps. I don’t understand how that hasn’t been fixed by now.

What data exactly do you think will be useful to you? Sounds like a great way to spend money and time on something that isn’t really meaningful and potentially just get low level radiation 24hr/day

Absolutely oura. Great for cycle, sleep, and stress tracking. Very helpful in identifying things that are/are not serving you well.
