Had zero idea about any of this and popped into Any Day Now + visited the waterfront today. Saw 4-5 national guard people posted around. Was very quiet - we kept asking where everyone was and if everyone was still hungover. Live in N Arlington now but lived in Navy Yard from 2016-2022.

The fact of the matter is that homicides are down artificially because of the advancements in trauma care in recent years and property crimes are down because stores lock away anything of value.
