Have you actually read what the Compact is about? Of course not. I challenge you to read it and come back with a critical analysis. I'm not MAGA, but I think a lot of the proposals make sense, like a five-year moratorium on tuition increases. Considering USC is at $99K a year, this makes sense. Please respond.
