no I was there when that coworker asked, its a vacation.
The problem was that I have only asked for one day off ever. But a 30 year old guy gets every weekend off to go to games.
So you have no idea if they would refuse other days off? Because you've never asked ...and the one day you did ask off was approved? You get why this argument makes no sense right?

Well, no. I've only ever asked for one day off and I got it off.
Your argument about being treated unfairly makes no sense. Cutting back on hours is much different than taking vacation
