This sounds like “girl” drama. Keep it matter of fact. You had the sniffles, finished your project and left.

People used to go into the office all of the time with the sniffles and worse. Ignore the 15 hr a week drama llama next time, don’t engage, don’t respond, blow your nose loudly and go back to your desk, and let it play out. Not your drama llama not your problem.

That is what people did when they had before the pandemic social skills.

you have to list side jobs in a background check/clearance paperwork. even so, if it's not relevant to the job you are interviewing for, don't put it in the resume/bring it up to the hiring manager.

if you get a job offer, ask hr if there are any procedures for declaring second jobs, if necessary. also you likely will need to increase the tax withholding at your primary job to account for additional income.

Don't do it.

ok but what if somehow the HR found out about it how big of a deal might it be? i do have one full time job
