My high school GK so is hoping to mix things up and play a different school sport this winter. He is growing very fast and has had some growth/repetitive stress issues and so one goal is to find something that moves his body differently.
Options at his school include
Basketball
Wrestling
Swim
He has done a fair amount of swim and basketball but has never wrestled.
He is a big kid, over six feet in 9th grade and projected to be 6’5” or 6’6”. Broad shoulders, muscles, so his weight is high.
Thoughts on which sport? He is undecided.
