A pity that VA has banned all new town/city incorporations (and annexations) for 50+ years now. It would be lovely if VA residents could have a vote to incorporate.

She was the village manager of Chevy Chase Section 5 but she isn’t anymore.

Is this a town? I can never understand why this area exists. Apparently there's also another part of Chevy Chase that's called CC section 2? It's also a town.
