It has already affected their scores if landlord reported them. I don't know anyone who hasn't paid their rent. You know two. What's their reasons? What happened each time?

It should but the dirty truth is that many landlords don't search for court records.

MIL and SIL have had a number over the past five or so years. Will it affect their credit scores? Or ability to get loans and/or leases in the future?
