Yes these are the public talking points. But thinking it through logically makes no coherent sense. It angers me that the public is lied to that way.

Bottom line-insurance coverage. They have upped the age limit a couple of times. I can find no source that says the shot causes any harm, regardless of age. If approved for all ages, insurance will be required to cover it. They would prefer to not pay.

My GYN said there are many ladies in 60s/70s coming in with with HPV due to careless birth control methods post divorce or death of their partner… or potential cheating spouses.

I tried, Cigna wouldn’t cover it. Divorced after 20+ years with a negative hpv test. Good luck!

But you can clear HPV yourself too. And you weren’t necessarily exposed to the kind that cause horrible cancers. I have never had an abnormal pap and I’ve been married for 20 years and I still got it. Life isn’t neat and tidy. Protect yourself before these christo-fascists take this away from us. You know it’s coming with their message that only dirty women get stis anyway.
