No need to be rude.

OP, DC came with us for the majority of events, but we parents went alone to one or two when DC was busy or sick. Still useful, and DC of course had other events and shadow days later to see for themself.

If applying to middle school or older, definitely bring DS. He should be getting a feel for the school as well. I think if DS is in 3rd grade looking at 4th, you can certainly bring him but it’s also totally okay to not.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but we are signed up for the St Albans open house and I’m not sure if we should bring DS? The information we got does not specify whether prospective students are invited or if it’s just for parents.
