145k. Single with 1 child. 2500 for a 1 bedroom with a den in Gaithersburg. It's a nice building though.

$108k. Single mom with one teen. I pay $1500 for a one bedroom basement apartment. My rent is cheaper because I dog/house sit for the family who owns the home. They travel frequently.

58k income, 2,100 rent for a two bedroom apt (I pay it all, a relative was living with me in the second bedroom, but they passed away). I work for FFX county and can barely afford to live here.
