You check each college's website to see what their instructions are for applying for scholarships. You don't need to do the CSS, except maybe for ASU.

If DS is only applying to public colleges, do we only fill in the FAFSA and ignore filling out the CSS all together? We likely won't qualify for need-based but interested in merit-based.
