Heh - I am extremely skeptical of the "lawyers go into food service" shtick (remember all the bakeries and cheese makers in ~2005?) but that is a strong Instagram game and the suit is a nice touch. Good luck to him. I would love to hear about the economics of it, too.

He has kraut. He's in an insta video saying he will serve whatever but mustard and kraut is the best way to go.

A lawyer in DC for the IRS named Isaac set up Shysterdog when the govt shutdown started bc as he said he “had to do something all day.” He bought the stand and got all the permits. I’ve passed him a few times . But this is the first time I stopped and chatted with him. You can follow him on Instagram @shysterdogs
