You may not be familiar with it but inflammation is actually the driver of many (most) chronic conditions. Chronic inflammation has been linked to many medical conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, depression and autoimmune disorders. In short, inflammation is the body’s defense system at work, but when it doesn’t turn off properly, it can become a driver of disease.
Yes, I know what the wellness influencers say. It's something bad, that you can't see/ perceive, but it's killing you and the only way to reverse it is with one simple trick, right?
Any actual scientists around who can shed some light on the health boogeyman du jour?

She also has rheumatoid arthritis, and she says it has greatly helped with that. However, every time I see her, she complains about no energy. Every time she has a reason, “I didn’t sleep well, I have a cold, I stayed up late…” But after nine months and literally, I hear her say I’m tired 2 to 3 times a week… I’m starting to be concerned. She will zone out when we are together. Not the same fun and energetic person she used to be. Several of us (her friends) are concerned…
I’m still on the fence, I don’t think I want to be low energy like her.
