Thought I would share a recipe for a family friendly meal that came together really fast and everyone enjoyed. I doubled the garlic (but we always double garlic in this house) and served on rice with a side of steamed broccoli. I did not use fresh squeezed juice - I used Tropicana. Next time I make it I think I will serve it with lettuce cups. Enjoy
