Managers usually have a lot of pressure from above, as well as below, and most companies aren’t giving anyone a lot of support right now. Don’t be too hard on the middle managers, most are just trying to get by like everyone else.

I recently had a manager who didn’t know how to sign a PDF or even convert a Word document to a PDF. Dude thought he was amazing
