Oakton has had a recurring issue with students hazing each other. There was a student tazed in a bathroom a couple of years ago.

Agree. Very fuzzy accusation. Abuse is bad in any way, but this leaves an awful lot to the imagination. I initially thought a coach must have abused the team.
