It's called projection (our President and the current crop of MAGA/GOP do this too)

So he fights dirty. That's very irritating. Maybe you want to tell him that after years of fighting dirty, he needs to stop otherwise you're going your separate ways. Tell him to go to therapy so he can learn how best to communicate when he's angry. You might also benefit from therapy to assess how you communicate when there's conflict, and how to move forward with this sort of person. Please no couples therapy, at least not to start with, it hardly ever works.

You think he hates you and you fight enough that this is a problem. Divorce.

What the underlying Dx driving his chronic depression and chronic anxiety?

What does heavily medicated mean? Cite the drug and daily dosage.

Lots of mental disordered people accuse functional people of exactly what they themselves do/did wrong.

You need to be more specific, because saying you have depression and anxiety is not evidence of hating you.

My spouse is heavily medicated for depression and anxiety, but whenever we have any little friction, he freaks out and says I have depression and anxiety like it's an insult. Well the way he uses it yes, he's trying to insult me.

But the crazy thing is, I get screened annually and I don't actually have it. But he definitely does. Is this a weird self-hate thing or does he just hate me and we should get divorced right?
