Find a property manager to rent this one out and rent another at your new location. Once market bounces back (always does) then sell and buy.

We're looking to sell, but right now the housing Market appears to be starved of new buyers. It appears that this is more of a reflection on the financial system and interest rates than the value of the house.
We're actually pretty flexible with where we want to move, I am wondering if there is any way to go about "trading" houses to move into a different area. Is that even a thing, we want to move out of the DC burbs area.
