What if you regularly visit a hair salon and spend upwards of $100-$200 a month in services but the last time you went it was such a terrible experience where they left the apprentice to do your cut and charged you senior stylist fees and you had to fix it yourself at home?
Would you go back to these places or do the work of starting over somewhere new?
Do you ask for refunds or redos?
Ask yourself this, Do you return to a restaurant when you get bad service or food?
