West Elm is Pottery Barn's cheaper little brother. It's not great quality to start with.

Has anyone purchased items from this collaboration at West Elm and have any good or bad reviews about the items. I just ordered several things, but since West Elm doesn’t have customer reviews was just curious about the overall experience in real life.
