Its ok to ask the same question as long as its genuine. You should be comparing experiences. But have at least one specific question for each round, either based on what you know of a persons experience or their role. Something to show you can distinguish between the people you are talking to.

Stay hydrated, and stick to water so your breath isn't bad. Bring a travel size of deodorant with you in case you need to refresh in the bathroom.

When I don't have a ton of prepared questions, I ask the same questions to different people and see how their answers differ.

"Why did you choose this company? What's the most rewarding part of your job?"

I've been on the recruitment end. In my experience, people don't compare notes on the open-ended, non-scripted parts of the interview. So it's not like you'd be busted for asking everyone the same thing.

I am also good at coming up with organic questions based on the discussion. That's important for demonstrating listening skills.

At round 4 of the interview process for a job I really want. This round is in person (all previous were virtual with the recruiters and then with the main hiring manager). This time around is a full day of interviews across the org (senior leadership role). Some of the interviews are 1:1 others are with 2-3 people. Some would be peers for this role and others would be reporting to this position. Beyond looking up everyone Im meeting with and their roles, what else should I do to prep? Do I plan to ask the same questions to every person I meet with? In total I’ll have 6 back-to-back interviews….

Any advice is appreciated!
