I haven’t been to Rome. 30 minutes outside - is that like suburbia or countryside?

If it’s countryside and there are some nice hikes or walks around - instructions or transport to the trail head and snacks for the hike.

Agree with others saying childcare. My youngest is a teen but l would have loved that.

Oh I'm glad you responded to me OP- NO goodies, welcome baskets- I would not care about any of that and I probably wouldn't even take it back home with me. People will want to get their own souvenirs from Italy in their luggage, anything you give them will probably end up in the trash. Maybe photos- I don't know what you mean by that- maybe professional photos the day of the wedding for each family who attended? That would be a lovely favor/gift.

I like what other people have suggested:
- Hair/makeup day of wedding: fantastic suggestion, getting my hair done in a foreign country the day of the wedding was the hardest part of the whole trip- would the "spa treatments" you mention be part of that?
- transportation to and from airport- also a great suggestion
- childcare: great for the people with kids!
- a day excursion to somewhere nice all together

How many people are in this wedding? Do they all know each other? Is there a whatsapp group set up for wedding guests to communicate together? Our wedding had a whatsapp group where the groom's mom sent regular updates but I would have liked an additional group to coordinate with other family.

Most weddings are going to be stuffy formal-esque affairs as people get uptight at them, wanting to be on their best behavior, and only a few tend to loosen up by night and run around with a lampshade on their head and run off with the bridesmaids, usually only if there's a long reception with alcohol and more.

You’re 30 min from Rome in a presumably high-end destination property and you can’t think of anything to do but sit around and stare? Personally, I would much rather have unscheduled downtime.

+1, I really don't expect much, but I'm an experienced traveler and would be thrilled at the opportunity to do my own research on the destination and plan my own side excursions when I had time.

Perhaps focus on guests who might need more help, such as any with very young kids, people who haven't traveled a lot, and elderly guests? I would be most of your guests don't need much more than you are already providing.
