It is about a woman who has a different husband every few days. Every time one of them goes up into the attic, a different one comes down. I thought it was hilarious.

OP: Thanks! This looks good.

I was going to suggest the same! This is one of my favorite books (I did it as an audio book) probably in years.

I loved the wedding people!

I read Creation Lake right afterwards and found it very funny at times.

I’d you like mysteries, the Thursday murder club books are both good mysteries and pretty funny.

If you like memoirs, priestdaddy was good and had quite funny at times.

If you google “books like……” you will get some suggestions. I’ll go thru my library list later and see if I liked some similar ones.

That worked!

Thanks.

Going away for the long weekend and can't find anything. It doesn't have to be light but it does need to be funny/diverting. I'm asking for recs for these years because I'm not sure I read all the good funny lit from them.

I like and want something in the vain of:
The Wedding People
Nothing to See Here
Where did you go, Burnadette?
Squeeze me.
