It’s not right, but I’m not surprised. I’d like to see all of you spend two hours in some of these environments and not want to run for the hills. There is no support. And what’s more, your kids are paying the price.
You sound like a teacher, referencing the lack of admin support (because how else would you know). Explain to me as a parent how admin can support you in your classroom? Did your teacher training program not teach classroom management? How big is your administrative team (principal? vice principal? special education manager?) and how many behavioral problems are occurring throughout the school? Is this a kid problem? Admin problem? Or you problem?
I know that sounds snarky and it is to a degree. I'm also genuinely curious.
