Yep, I don’t know about Thailand or Cambodia, but in Vietnam our US plugs worked fin. And everything we needed to charge was the type that didn’t require a converter. So we didn’t end up taking anything special with us.

Not OP,, they didn't post any info about their trip that would indicate how long it is or how long they will stay in each place, or where in each country they are going.

They posted another thread where they are visiting like 10 cities in these 3 countries in 2 weeks.


OP here - I came to the Travel forum asking for specific advice. I stopped visiting the Political forum because some of the posters there became intolerable - I guess the same posters are on the Travel Forum.

As to the poster complaining about my itinerary...yes, I posted another thread specifically asking about packing advice (NOT itinerary advice). Nobody should have to defend their itinerary choices when they travel nor should anyone really complain about somebody else's choices when they know nothing about the person's reasons for choices made.

Just buy a new brick in the airport when you land that you can plug your cords into. It will be cheaper anyway.

What devices do you have that last for 2 weeks without charging? Not even my electric toothbrush lasts more than 4 days or so.
