OP here - forgot to report back that the next morning the issue was fixed. As far as we know, no one else from our school had this issue.

Canvas has been a nightmare for my kid who is now a senior. Despite the last four years of trying to fix things they can’t. He has shown a teacher he submitted something but they can’t see it on their end. He also still has his 6th grade math class connected- he’s a senior. WTLF? Each school needs a legit IT person.

Check your wifi just in case. And did you reboot the computer?

All of my kid's classes on Canvas (student version) have disappeared. The only class showing is the all-school class. There is nothing under "all classes." Is this happening to anyone else's kid? My kid needs to turn in some assignments and apparently can't. TIA.
