Thank you for the reply! My DC said the headmaster continued to mention prayers for the GP community today. DC never mentions other prayer requests for celebrating feast days or solemnities so it concerned me.

There are a couple of Jesuit Feasts in October - Martin Borgia and American Martyrs. A statement in solidarity with these would be more likely that some sort of problem or incident.

My DC (at a different catholic hs) said the headmaster prayed for the GP community 2 times at the end of the week. I didn’t think anything of it until I saw a facebook post over the weekend asking for prayers for the prep community. Any idea what’s going on?
