Last week we had:
Homemade pizza
Peruvian chicken with green sauce over salad
Ethiopian lentil stew and Flatbread
I can't actually remember what we ate at the beginning of the week, to be honest. I think we had some leftover homemade Mac and cheese with green beans on the side, maybe?
This week I'm planning on making baked fish, chickpeas, and cauliflower in coconut sauce over rice (today); pork meatballs in apple cream sauce for an apple themed party tomorrow; more homemade pizza; a pasta dish se had to pull out of the freezer to free the container; and honestly that's as far as we got. Maybe a bean and vegetable soup, tofu stir fry, or sweet potato pancakes later in the week.
Would love the Ethiopian lentil stew recipe. Do you make or buy injera for it? That might be beyond my talents.

And I'm guessing no teenagers

Anonymous wrote:Nice thread, OP! How did you cook the rockfish: baked or simmered?
