Love induction. We’ve been looking at houses to downsize and if the one we choose has a gas stove, I intend to change it out to an induction.
We
did switch out a gas cooktop for induction when we bought our house almost 15 years ago, and I’ve never regretted it. We have a Miele, and it boils water quickly, has good temp control, etc. We use Calphalon pans for the most part plus an off-brand enameled Dutch oven we picked up somewhere many years ago. I’m sorry that OP is not getting the expected performance from their induction stove.
