Calf stretches and foot strengthening drills.
Down dog in yoga is helpful. Or even dropping one heel off a step, stretch calf out, and then do a handful of calf raises all the way down and then all the way up to tippy toes.
You can look up ways to strengthen the foot. When I walk I splay my toes out, which engages and lifts the arch. Super supportive shoes made my feet lax, but Converse (wide width) and other minimalist shoes made them stronger.

I worked with a physical therapist to learn some flexibility and strength training exercises that helped a bunch.
Also switched to orthotic shoes like Hokas, or orthotic insoles for my other shoes. Pair of Oofos recovery slides for wearing around the house. Never went barefoot.
It took about 6 months to fully recover. Now I can go barefoot again, and alternate between orthotic shoes and regular. That was all about 4 years ago and I haven't had any problems since.

Have you been doing calf stretches? Echo the never barefoot comments, but 10 minutes a day of calf stretching until the fasciitis resolves is key for me.

You have to wear shoes all the time. If you are a no-shoes in the house person, get 2 pairs of supportive sneakers -- one to wear inside and one to wear out. Asics Ortholite has helped me. GL!

Two things - having an insole with a rigid arch, and losing weight.
Very little foot pain now.

Good insoles. Go somewhere like the Good Feet Store or some place where they have those machines that measure your foot arches etc. and invest in new insoles.
Do not ever go barefoot.
Maybe get a steroid pack to calm the inflation down and fix what you wear on your feet.
Always stretch gently before any physical activity.

My plantar fascitis was linked to high liver enzymes. Have you had blood work done? Your feet are the first to show when you have kidney or liver problems.

Well, what have you done so far to address it?
Yoga and minimalist, barefoot style shoes worked for me.
