Yes, that's 2-3x more but that's really not that much of a bump in total numbers unless most cases typically happen to be at the end of the year. And did no infant die in previous years? Do a bit more research and provide links before posting this stuff because I'm not sure what the point of this post was. I'm not unsympathetic but this is definitely not brow raising (yet).
