I love some of these!
I decided to go without sequins as I’ll probably have my one year old grandson on my lap.
I received the clay colored dress and it completely washed me out. Also, it was very heavy.
Back to the drawing board I think.
I did purchase this one from Amazon. Will see how it fits/looks

I think that is a harsh blanket statement. Every wedding and circumstance is different. Some of my friends/relatives were recently MOGs and they looked fabulous.
I think the dress the OP is considering looks very very nice!

Unfortunately, PP is correct. You know what they say about the mother of the groom. Wear beige and keep quiet.
The MOB is wearing a long sleeveless dress too, blue multipattern. The Bride said anything you're comfortable with, except black - which is the bridesmaids color.
I feel like this Clay color (above dress I linked) is kinda beige?

Here’s the thing - I’m a 10/12 on top and a 4 on the bottom. Dresses that fit are difficult to find. It would be a lot to tailor a 12 bottom to fit a four.
Where can I find something that will fit?
Have this on order to try in a 4, hoping it has enough room up top.
