I know for a fact that week in and week out the team will look different depending on who they invite or who is available that weekend.
Kids and families around come and guest play for any Sterling team because it's free and they get to play an extra game. The existing families and players don't complain because they might actually get a chance to win a game.

It’s a small club with usually only 1 team per age group, so the kids skill is greatly varied. There are usually a few really good kids on each team, so if one can’t make it the score will be reflective of that. Some coaches might bring in outside players, but I haven’t seen it as the norm.
