??? The ACA enhanced subsidies do not provide medical coverage to non citizens. They are for the working citizens. 24 million of them.
I think you are confused with medical assistance that provides safety net to hospitals when an uninsured noncitizen receives life-saving care in the ER. That still exists and has nothing to do with this.

Who will Virginians blame? We have a very high percentage of feds, contractors, and military who won’t be getting paid and are being threatened with even more firings.
