Haven’t a clue. As a manager, my superior called me and said we could verbally only inform our employees of the funding through 10/7. The no written communication was fully stressed. I had to call some of my employees on their personal numbers because their TODs were already over.
I have also heard this. It seems very strange to me. Why wouldn’t they want anything written down? I assume because what they’re doing is illegal.
