Just don't get gas station sushi and it's fine. Sushi fish is frozen, and there are also a lot of cooked options. I did avoid eating a lot of tuna and other higher mercury fishes.

Sushi in the US is frozen to kill parasites. I ate sushi throughout my pregnancies.

Raw fish or rare meat avoid. Tuna is full of mercury. Don't eat a lot of it any time.

I’ve seen some mixed guidance about sushi, canned tuna ect while TTC or pregnant. Is it technically safe or too high parasite risk / metal risk?
