Come up wih a 90 day plan to meet with people, understand their perspectives, and learn what opportunities exist for you to make a meaningful impact. Make some immediate wins and share them with your boss. You will be judged quickly. Focus on that first impression.

I don't know anything about client services but one thing I love about a new job is starting with an organization system (for email and whatever else) that maybe it took me a while to develop in my last job.

Long time lurker, occasional poster. I’m starting a new job tomorrow after more than a year of on again and off again searching. I’m really happy and looking forward to it, after being in an environment charged with office politics. I found so much good advice here and so many great questions.
