You’re not going to find many options for 14U 15U rec leagues. As you can see most of these links are for players in middle school. Try a different sport

Arlington has a rec VOLLEYBALL league. So does Vienna. Fall and Spring for both

I think FPYC is trying to restart their volleyball efforts, but are only hosting clinics thus far.

Howard County has multiple age groups in spring, winter, summer and fall.

Prince George has similar to Montgo and Hoco.

Arlington has a rec soccer league as does Vienna

Lots of talk about rec leagues but not many names. Can we get a list of rec leagues? Personally interested in DC or anything within 30mins of DC. 14U/15U beginner.

Do these go all year around? Would love for DD to play fall/winter/spring.
