Honestly you can ask any parent how overwhelming the comms are from MCPS versus daycare/preschool.
Has it occurred to you how small the number of affected people in preschool/daycare and that what generally needed to be communicated was mostly individual and of little consequence.

This is a problem on your end. You need to use tech that can filter incoming messages.
