It is significantly more invasive than IPL. You will develop redness, lesions and peeling that is very noticeable for several days. It is also much more uncomfortable than IPL. However, it works quite well to get a more even skin tone.

I did some IPL last year for redness and it worked well. The clinic has suggested a few sessions of CoolPeel to take care of remaining dark spots, large pores, minor wrinkles. They thought minor resurfacing would take care of it. It’s pretty expensive at about $2000 for the 3 sessions. Anyone have reviews or alternative suggestions?
