Unlike you, she clearly isn't a shrew.

Kingsmill in Williamsburg has some nice packages... they have an indoor pool and a spa and the golf is very nice.

Pinehurst. Drive fast.

Or Merion, Pine Valley and Baltusrol! Do that every other year.

Why not get an Air B&B with a pool in Charlotesville near a golf course?

Williamsburg Inn is adjacent to the course and guests have unlimited access to the practice facilities. Might be a little over budget, but convenient.

Williamsburg? I think Kingsmill would be under your budget. The Williamsburg properties may be over the budget.

DH and I want a quick getaway this Fall - October. 3 -4 nights. He likes to golf. I just want to relax, exercise, swim, read. We done the Homestead and Greenbrier. Keswick is too high (1K a night). Hoping to keep night rate under 500 if possible.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
