Almost all the shoe teams look for "bigs" and reclass kids. I've know teams where half the kids are reclass and one big team in the area told kids at try outs that if they want to play on the team they need to reclass.
Programs are looking for the shoe $$$$

Are you talking about rec teams? Big kids need development too...Be specific.
No, I'm talking about AAU ?travel type programs. They say they are Grassroots yet they constantly recruit "established players" to win
