Not everyone sweats. We wash every night and change pjs often. If they slept naked it would be different. When sick we change all the time.


Everyone still sheds skin cells. Sheets are changed weekly, pjs changed nightly.

Weekly, because that's when I do sheets. But if I'm behind on laundry, I'll let it go two weeks and just prioritize getting our bedding done.

I wash all bed-linen weekly.

But, I only tackle the bedlinen of one bedroom a day. (I have 4 bedrooms) So that I don't have to do a mountain of laundry during the weekend.

Typically every two weeks, but sometimes it slides another week.

If dh insists on every week, I’d let him do it.

If I’m being honest, probably monthly. Ideally it would be weekly, but I have a hard time keeping up with general laundry as it is. Sheets become last priority

Who cares? But if this is his hill to die on, husband changes and washes the sheets weekly, not you.
We do every two weeks for a small child who bathes nightly.

My 8-year-old boy takes a bath or shower every evening, so he's always clean when he gets into bed. But my husband is insisting that we change his sheets every week, which I think is a lot. He's a little boy – he doesn't get sweaty at night, he's not a hairy or smelly teen yet. So now I'm wondering what everyone else does.
